    Awesome and Awesome run!! I felt like giving up after my run this am...taking me a long time to get past 2 miles and I'm about a 10 mis mile..but seeig your results is inspiring!

    My runs used to be SOOOOOOO much slower!! Going a mile was a chore!! But if you're consistent, It'll get better! :)
