well I have done 16.9 already, working on my next 20 oz... 0

ok cool.
im almost finished with a 20 oz bottle now.
When I go exercise I take a 40oz bottle with me and drink it all by the time i'm back home. Those days water intake is easy.
But today is my off day...so it's harder to get the water down.0 -
My 3 liter jug is almost gone ....100 ounces. I can't stand the water at work, so I bring a big jug each day.
For those who struggle with "plain" water .... try adding lemon slices or mint leaves. It does get easier.0 -

This woman drank 4 litres in under two hours. Nobody is suggesting that at all, this is clearly unhealthy. 64 ounces in a day is extremely reasonable. I'm in. I've only had a half litre today, not nearly enough.0 -

This is worth pointing out... but she drank at least 4l in 2 hrs and she was on a stupid VLC diet which can't help.0 -
