Stuck! Please help.

I've been trying to join the Navy for a while now. I'm technically withing their body fat standards. You have to be under 36% and Im at 35% but thanks to someone else gaining too much weight, they wont let me join until I'm at 33%. I have another weigh in in about three weeks and I really need to lose at least two inches off my butt.
First, I am 5'2 current weight is 168. I'm eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day typically on the lower end of that. I am doing the 30 day shred- just did day 3, I've been doing crossfit for a month and a half. I do botho the shred and crossfit everyday and days I'm off I add a thirty minute interval run/walk- 5 min warm up, 2 min walk, 1 min run (8x) then a five min cool down. after crossfit I have a whey protien drink with almond milk.
Typically I have max 2-3 slices of whole grain bread through out the day- 50 cal per slice. I have a serving of greek yogurt, sometimes almond butter and a small spread of jelly. I'm eating lean meats like chicken, turkey and fish. Im eating veggies like corn, peas, peppers, kale, mushrooms. Im also eating eggs some mornings, either boil two or eat 3-4 egg whites. I am also drinking lots and lots of water. Min I drink a day is 100oz.
I dont know if I'm doing anything right. My ultimate goal is to get down to at least 150 because then I dont have to worry about body fat for the Navy cause they want me to weigh 152 but my short term goal is to lose 2-3 inches off my butt in three weeks so i can at least get a contract. Then i'll have at least three months to lose the 20lbs.
Any advice?????

To get the inches off, exercise is the way.
For a fast weight drop, you want a very low carb diet like Atkins or Paleo. You won't want to keep it up forever, but nothing will take it off faster and you can certainly do it for 3 weeks.
THEN you do want to transition into a long term healhty maintainable weight loss that will get you UNDER that 150 you are currently going for.
