Hi all,

Does anyone know on average how many calories etc you burn in a 60min Orange Theory class?

    I burn on average 620-660 calories. I am usually in the orange for 20-25 minutes. It differs from person to person. I use the polar watch to track my calories. I think on average you can burn anywhere from 600-900 calories? I hope this helps.
