I wanted to update on my previous post (which is above). I am now down 32 lbs and hit ONEderland a couple days ago. I havent been in the 100's for about 3 years. I also have discovered that I HAVE COLLAR BONES! Who knew?!
For those of you that are too lazy like i would be to click the previous post that i pasted above, here is where i started at, a whopping 230.6 (thats my highest known, but im sure it was higher than that, since i avoided a scale for almost a year)
today at 199.0 lbs! 32 lbs lost!

First of all THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE! you guys dont know how much your imput and compliments are appreciated!
Sadly, i dont exercise.. In the beginning of my journey I was running/walking 3.5 miles a day. But the scale and inches werent going down. So weirdly, once i quit doing it i started to lose. i also got a waitressing job a few hours a day at a busy hometown restaurant around the middle of august and my weight loss picked up speed. I am constantly moving around and rushing at work, i never stand still from 10:30 til around 2-3 when my shift ends so I guess thats what is my so called "exercise. I was very active in sports in high school (graduated in 2010) so i was always scale heavy, but never looked my weight. I luckily still kept my somewhat "sporty" figure (i would say athletic but i dont play sports anymore) so i definately lucked out there..0 -
You look fab-u-lous!0

I am so proud of you! Keep up the hard work. You look wonderful :-)0
