I need some low GI protein because I don't want high GI protein to spike my insulin and cause a crash that makes me eat more protein sending me into a spiral of eating protein until I am crying amino acid laden tears of regret.

 Wait....wha???
Narwhal meat is the worst thing you can do if you don't want to cause an insulin spike!!! It's a N-A-R-W-H-A-L...you know, the daddy half of the unicorn triad...and EVERYONE knows the insulin spike unicorns can induce.
Platypus is the way to go.0
