I am 5'4 and I am around 200 pounds. I would love to see some before and after shots, during pictures are great too! This is not limited to height really but I would like to compare my body style to others around my height! COuld you also tell me what you guys did to get where you are!

    Hello, I am 5'3"....so far I have lost almost 40 pounds!!
