If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!

Break them up into sets if need be.

Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight Sunday!) when completed! Since this is the weekend challenge, do them anytime either today or tomorrow--that way you can enjoy the free day you've earned! Be sure to check back Monday for the next challenge!

    I did 150 leg lifts and 50 regular crunches. My lower back was getting carpet burn. LOL!

    done, split the amount to 100 per day, wish i would have done the whole amount yesterday because by sides were sore today, and I did the leg lifts alot better yesterday,

    Also i did the rest of my lounges yesterday
