    Let's start with some information first!

    What are your cals in?

    Exercise?

    BMR/TDEE?

    Macros?

    You have given us nothing to work with.

    I am eating roughly 1200 cals per day. Walking 2 miles per day @ 4.5mph . BMR is 1,377. Macros?? Any ideas?

    I would mix it up a bit. Increase your calories to above your BMR and take a break from exercise a day or two. See what happens.

    I was at a plateau and eased back a bit with my exercise and increased my calories a few hundred. Low and behold a few days later I started loosing again. Just a thought.

    I have my last 5kg (about 10 pound) to go. I am losing just 200g at a time. If you find a way to speed it up, let me know.
