How do some of you do it? I think I eat well but am not seeing the results I am after. I also think I need to lift more frequently and heavier.

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Losing bodyfat will ultimately come down to your diet and a consistant calorie deficit. How you look at a certain bodyfat will be determined by your training routine. I don't know what your training frequency is like but if you think you need to lift heavier, then your not lifting heavy enough.

    1) Create a reasonable calorie deficit. 20% under TDEE is a good starting point.
    See here:

    2) Lift Weights. I would recommend a pre-written program.
    Example here:

    3) Consume adequate macronutrients, see first link above.
    4) Get rest.
    5) Repeat.

What sidesteel & holeshot said ... Works (is working) ... Takes time & unfortunately some patience but you'll get there. I am 40 was 18% in Feb and 12-13% now

Good luck, train hard, eat well!
