Well here I go with another diet It would be nice to talk with someone close. I am 45 and 100 pounds over weight and need some support.

    I've been using myfitnesspal off and on but I've been slacking lately. Need motivation of others. :) Somehow, I've put on eight pounds after holding my weight steady for two years now.

    Where are you from in Southern Illinois? I use to live in Marion. I now live in South Carolina!
