Okay I have to ask everyone's opinion. At home I weigh 233 in my birthday suite. At the gym I weigh 234 with sweaty gym clothes and keys and phones in my pockets so i subtracted 4 pounds. Which one should I should I go with for my true weight??? P.S. I have been weighing myself on my home scale all this time. But the gym scale puts me past my goal. Lol

Personally, I would suggest sticking with the scale you use at home, as you can get a truer reading when in your birthday suit.0

The household broom does a fine job.0

Doesn't matter which as long as you are consistent in which one you track0

to answer the OP, your home scale. and if you are carrying 4lbs of extra weight around from keys etc, its time to get a lighter keyring!0 -
The one with the least number of bat wings and eyes of newt stuck to it.0

I don't think it matters as long as you use the same one and do it the same time of day.. The actual results are not as important as trending in the right direction and consistent measurement.0

is the mirror a option? ...... if not then yeah use the one you been using ... even if it is off it will be consistent ,,, just try not to pick a number that you need to reach thats why we have mirrors ;-)0

lol whichy witch weighing scales. I'd just go with the home ones though. Seems easier than taking off a random guessed amount of poundage for keys, sweaty clothing etc?0
