How much is too much?

I've been having difficulty here lately with losing weight. I have a reasonably active life but haven't been to the gym for a couple of weeks due to an episode of diverticulitis which had me down for a spell. My problem is that since I got back up to my regular 2000 calorie diet I've been losing about a pound a day. I don't know if I should be alarmed or if it's a result of my higher dietary fiber intake or a result of the probiotics that I am taking. I'm not sure if I should be losing this much weight per day though, it kind of bothers me. I don't feel fatigued at all and actually feel better than I did a couple of weeks ago. Should I just wait to see if it evens out or just add calories back into my diet (I already feel stuffed from breaking down my meals into 2 hr mini meals).
Has anyone had a similar rapid weight loss? I'm not sure that I should be losing weight this fast.

I go through short periods where I lose 1-1.5 lbs a day. For me, it usually evens out before too long. I don't think I'd choose to eat more if I was feeling full on the number of cals I was eating. It may be as simple as the changes you've made in your life. You might want to consider checking with your doctor if you're concerned.0

If you recently stopped hitting the gym it could be that. Last time I was sick I was out about 4 days and lost 4 lbs.0
