First Month on Mfp..so long 19 pounds!!

It's been my first month on Mfp, first month of clean eating, first month of some fantastic friends and their unbelievable support and the first month of the new super-awesome me!!.One month ago i was lost and miserable and here i am minus 19 pounds and raring to go.
