      I'm looking for motivation, encouragement and sometimes that face to face interaction does much more for me.

      My wedding is Sep 14 2013 thus additional motivation/encouragement will help me feel better about myself.

      I've started Jillian Michaels DVD for 3x week and hope to at least walk or jog on alternate days.
