Hi it's been a while since i've posted anything but i'm looking to chat with people for some inspiration.....I'm losing weight but I still have a long way to go,and aslo any suggestions on how to tone my body especially my stomach?

Ah yes definitely can be a challenge, I am having the problem in that area too. Of course still having weight to lose makes it seem like nothing is happening in the stomach area.... I have been working on these workouts and they have started to show hope they help you too :-)
1) Billy Blanks Tae Bo all different workout dvd's incorporate abs through out, but he does have some dvd's specific to abs
2) Bob Harper's Yoga Inside Out Method it has a 15 min ab routine that kills but definitely works!!
3) the crunch machine at the gym (if you have a gym membership)
4) Body Rock TV on you tube... just a warning this is for more intense workout
One thing to remember (if you don't already know) make sure to give your muscles time to rest and build, if you do the same workout everyday you will still results but it could take longer. and if you do anything with weight the less weight and higher reps in better then more weight and fewer reps :-) Hope some of these help!!!
