    Very nice job! I hope to lose 60 by my one year mark but I am not holding my breath. I have 3 months to go until I hit 1 year= so I may hit 40-45. You did so well!!

    1. You are lovely. At your previous and current weight.
    2. You hit something on the head that I've been thinking about a lot. I get so scared and don't do anything because I think "well I can't maintain a routine like this. Yes I can work out an hour today but maybe not again for another 5 days". It doesn't matter. You do something when you can. You hit the nail on the head.
    3. I think at 196 you just look SO skinny. That's inspiring because so many times I think that I'll never get to 130 like some of these women but if I looked like you do at 196 (we are the same height) I'd never put clothes on!!!
