Pikelets for NiceLoki

1 cup of plain flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 whole medium egg
50 grams of dextrose
3/4 milk (you can use low fat but this was worked out with whole milk)
100mLs +/- water - depending on weather (you may need more or less, just add water until a cake mix type consistency is reached)
toss all in a bowl and mix well. "fry' in a non stick fry pan with a little spray oil. This makes 8-10 pikelets with a serving being 2-3 @ 203 Calories per serve
