Hello,
Does anyone know who much salt intake you should have in one day? I am having a hard time in this area and have been getting very bloated because I think I am having to much salt. Anyone that could help I would be so greatful.
Thank You,

might not be exact but 1500-2500 Milligrams/day is quite reasonable.0

1,500mg is the RDA, depending on how active you are the more sodium you'll need (you'll sweat it out). Also, bear in mind that you need three times the amount of potassium as sodium. MPF has the sodium set way too high.
*edit-found a good link...

you can change your food diary to show you a daily sodium intake. this is how i keep track, otherwise i would eat too much. if i know i'm going to be dining out i leave extra sodium for that meal in hopes i'm balancing a little.0
