Hi Guys,

I've been using my fitness pal on and off for a few months but I have never used the forums before!

Would love to meet people who are also trying to get fit and lose weight help keep me motivated!

I have recently started rowing and there's no way I can go into it as a sport until I lose the weight - I need to lose around 5 stone :( Long arduous task I am sure and it terrifies me but I know I can do it - but sometimes we all need a little push right?

And as a quote I like to use says It took you more than a week to put this weight on it's going to take more than a week to get it off!

    I'm excited to get involved and be a bigger part of the forums and community! Today is being spent sorting out my training schedules for the next month!

    My aim to get another 7lbs off by the end of this month.
