Lunchtime help

I don't have the luxury of a fridge and microwave at work so I'm stuck bringing sandwiches. I'd like to eat more lean protein and less carbs (bread). I need some ideas. Please help.

    Thermus of soup, salads with chicken or tuna or hard cooked eggs (whites only) cheese stix. Do you have a cooler? Greek yogart with fruit, cucumbers with hummus

    I just had a can of tuna (water) drained, 3tbs of brown mustard (instead of mayo), 6 pepperoncini chopped and 2 slices of provolone chopped in the microwave 1 min. 607 calories and delicious!

    later I'll eat an apple and some sunflower seeds for a snack
