Thoughts on Supplements

I take a One a Day Multi-Vitamin and Triple Strength Fish Oil. Has anyone seen health benefits from taking a multi-vitamin and fish oil? Just curious...

    I take 1 multi-v twice a day due to your body not completely absorbing just one pill. I also take vitamin D3 5000iu because I don't feel I get enough through diet and sun alone.

    Fish oil is on top of my list(with every meal), I also take extra D,B,and C and a muiti one a day. I also take a probotic and selenium. I feel like it has help alot with my mood and energy levels.

    I have just begun to take High dose Glucosamine, Chondrotion and MSM, a one a day Multi Vitamin and a high dose Omega 3 Fish Oil. I haven't noticed a difference yet but I hope to soon.

    I take a lot of supplements. There is just o way a person can get all nutrients through food alone. Supplements are a must.
