The eye opener...

Hi,
a few months ago I took part in a study about body composition and I was shocked about the results.
With 6'1'' I was always tall and overweight. But the results showed that I had a BMI of 34 and a body fat percentage of 52%.
It was a real eye opener for me...

In June I bought my wifi scale, in July I started logging my food with FP and using Fitbit.
I have lost 19 lbs (8.6 kg) so far (another 50 to go) and feel quite good :-)

Would love to get in touch with a few other FP members.

Pat

I like yourself did the same, used MFP for a while, then I joined the Community, loads of great people here and more advice, tips and hints than you'll ever need.

The support you can get is great motivation too.
