I have a lot of old skool rap on my ipod (you can take the girl outta Brooklyn...lol) as well as classic Michael Jackson, Chaka Kahn, & ACDC. More current favorites are Lady Gaga, Pitbull and Third Eye blind. Gets me pumped up and my legs flying at 6:00am!! Then I cool down and stretch with mellower stuff by The Sundays, Moby, Neko Case...
