I still have about 43 lbs to lose for my goal weight of 140 lbs. I am currently about 183 lbs. I also just ran my first 5K run event on October 6, 2012. I did it in 42 minutes, though it was a hard course, lots of uphills and downhills. I started running for the first time in July 2012. Anything is possible.

Hope this motivates anyone that is beginning their journey of a healthier life.

LEFT - JANUARY 2010 - NOT SURE HOW MUCH I WEIGHED
MIDDLE - AUGUST 2011 - 205 LBS
RIGHT - AUGUST 2012 - 189 LBS
