Does anyone use this program? I was thinking about starting it but wanted some other opinions.

It appears to be another video where a trainer has taken a popular piece of equipment they know nothing about, and used it as a prop to sell dvds.
That said, it may well be an OK workout, but she might as well be holding a dumbbell, water bottle or small mammal. It has nothing to do with kettlebells.0 -

Agreed. You won't get any of the benefits of a kettlebell workout with the three and five pound kettlebells included with it.
Take a look at Tracy Reifkind's book The Swing for a good place to start, or check out her videos on youtube. She has a great one on how to choose the correct size kettlebell.0 -
