Prom to Homecoming - with pics

The first picture was a pre-prom picture for my middle daughter in May 2012. I weighed 225 and started MFP soon after I (gasp!) saw myself looking like this. The second picture was taken this weekend prior to the same daughter's homecoming dance. Current weight is 192. This is definitely an in-progress picture, because I have a ways to go....but the change I see is a very welcome one.
