You look fantastic. I agree with the above statement (from Judy, Virginia), but also know that I need to do exercises and that is one of my hardest things to get motivated about. One day of exercise and that's it for me, then go maybe 2 weeks nothing. Then one day again. Just don't know what to do with myself to get that exercise motivation.0

The secret to exercise motivation is to find something you like to do and enjoy. I enjoy the Leslie Sansone and Debra Mazda walking at home dvds. Mostly...results are the key motivating factor. Once you consistenly exercise for a week or two, you start to feel better and then you crave feeling better! As far as the first two weeks....the best I got is 'fake it till you make it'! Plus, one of Leslie's favorite sayings is that "You got to move this body for a better body"!
You can do it.....really, I promise you can!!

So, I have been on this journey to health for almost 15 months. I did not find MFP until April 2012 and it has made such a huge difference for me! To date, I have gotten rid of 75 pounds.....but what I have gained can not even be measured. Here is my before pic in July 2011
