good am mfp! I am on day 3 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. To those that have tried and gone thru with the 30 days, did anyone try doing the video twice in one day? Like to get a whole hour of work out? i liked the fact that i can do it early in the morning without waking my kids up with my crazy movements. It is a bit challenging, like is said i am on day 3.

  • If you have time for an hour workout all in one block, I know a lot of people use Level 1 as the 'warm up' and then continue on to one of the other levels. It certainly wouldn't hurt to do two in a day (whether consecutively or one in the morning one in the evening). Just listen to your body and don't overdo.
