    you look fantastic, and I know exactly how you feel, I'm down almost 50 lbs down with PCOS too!!!

    encorporate some weight lifting and resistance training. you will start seeing lots more changes.

    Its so easy not to do anything and there is no quick easy solution to loosing the wieght. Your hard work is deffently paying off
