Okay, so I'm already at a healthy weight I think. I'm 5'5 and weigh 140
And I don't wanna lose any more weight, but I do wanna lose fat on my stomach. And If I'm already at a healthy weight I don't want to go any lower at all because I don't wanna be too thin
So than how could I lose my stomach?

Lift weights and build up lean muscle mass. It will burn the fat without you getting skinnier or weighing less.
