This chick can ROCK IT! she's only been working out for a year, and she is truly inspirational. She works her body with next to no equipment and times everything doing "rounds" she's definitely worth checking out!

    Yeah she is. I've watched her on Youtube. Only a year?! I would have thought she's been working out for a while considering how good she looks.

    Do we know height/weight on her? I can't find any bio stuff on the internet either on her. do we know her previous name/not show name?

    i'm gonna do some digging on her, she has a blog where she answers questions, i'll try to post and find some stuff out...

    Thanks - I've searched with no luck! she does look fairly short though based on the backgrounds I see.. regardless she's ripped! very inspiring!

    In September 2009 she wrote this:

    I am assuming that she was in pretty decent shape before taking her fitness seriously, but that's still pretty amazing. Just look at her!
