At Home Workout Video

Is there a way to add to your excercise an at home workout video like "The Biggest Loser"?

    I have a problem with that as well because I use the Walk Away Series. At least in the Walking series, she tells you what the speed is your walking, never did the Biggest Loser dvd..is it good?

    Hi there, I generally use 'aerobics general' for the legth of time you were working out. The only other way is to invest in a heart rate monitor for the correct calorie burn; I havn't got round to that yet.

    I really enjoy the Biggest Loser Series. The trainer is very motivating and the team that he works with are not the typical skinny fit models that you see on the other programs so it shows you that anyone can do it!! i use the Cardio Max...a 6 week program and I have had success with it in the past and I am happy that Im doing it again!! Great video overall!!!

    b/c it has parts w/ cardio & strength, I use circuit training.That's what I was told to use.
