Hi everyone!

I joined over the weekend and spent some time lurking and figuring out how this site works. A bit about me - I'm a social worker in the DC area and will be 28 in November. I used to be thin, then grad school happened and then ... not so much with the thinness. That's where MFP comes in. I tend to be really motivated for awhile and then the weight loss stalls and I get frustrated. I've always been one of those who sees it come off more in inches than weight, and the scale is very frustrating. I'm definitely looking for some mutual online motivators, so please feel free to add me as a friend! I welcome all kinds of tips and support. :)
