    I see a huge difference, very inspiring for all of us. Especially for those of us with PCOS like myself. Face looks thinner and your body is completely reshaped in a good way, you look great. Keep up the great work!

    Hi really excellent progress, and there is a HUGE difference. My sister has PCOS and in my research for her, I found out two essential things.

    1. Getting enough protein is essential and really helps symptoms.
    2. Sugar is your enemy!

    All the best as you try and battle the dreaded PCOS.

    I was told I could have PCOS after 6yrs of conceiving but nearly 20yrs on I have 3 beautiful children (Praise god) My eldest is 15, 14 a miscarriage and 6 :happy:

    I also want to add to this each time I have fallen preggas it has been after a pretty major weight lose :flowerforyou: .... That was pregnancy 1 and 3 with 2 and 4 I was still slimmer :wink:
