Under 300. :D

Hi there!
I might not post here a lot, but I just wanted to share that I got under 300 pounds. Something I haven't gotten past for... gosh 6 years.
I weighed in at 295.6 where as my high school weight freshman year was 298lbs.
But either way, it is back under 300 pounds after all these years. And I am planning on keeping it that way. A total of 45 pounds lost since starting up again.
In other news, my waist is down 7 inches from 6 months ago!

I am with you man When I left highschool I was at 275 and ballooned to 340
just last week I hit 278 and I am happy to be close to where I was ....almost 14 Uears ago...I am shoot for middle school next..lol

That is so awesome! And I know exactly how you feel. I too was in the "300+ club" and man when that scale showed 299.8 I was over the moon.
