For a sweet tooth, caramel snack-a-jacks or sugar free jelly. For a savoury craving, dutch crispbakes with extra extra light laughing cow cheese triangles.

I tend to buy a bag of red grapes, wash them up, and put them in a plastic container for later frequent consumption.... I also like to snack on peanuts, carrots with ranch.... Fruits and vegetables are often a safe bet.

Store bought gelatin in half cups. Only 5 calories

I like dill pickles. Some are 5 calories, some none.

    Almonds are great.

Granola bars are only about 100 calories I believe.

    Turkey jerky.

if you like snacking with peanut butter, PB2 is a wonderful low-cal alternative! Great in shakes too...I also snack on fruit and string cheese.

But for my sweet tooth, I am hooked right now on brookside's chocolate covered blueberries and pomegranate seeds - deelish and good for some antioxidants too :)

Cabot and cracker barrel both have good reduced fat cheeses for savory snacks and V8 juice but unless you can drink the reduced sodium beware. For sweet I love jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding or carame rice cakes. Love dill pickles again sodium beware, black olives, cucumbers in vinegar with some salt and pepper, hard boiled eggs, tortilla chips and salsa, popcorn, lay's light chips. Fruit is yummy to.

Grapes, clementines, an apple with a TBSP od peanut butter, carrot sticks with light ranch dressing, pumpkin seeds (my favorite!) or a 1/2 oz to 1 oz of any nuts you like, Sugar free Popsicles (15 cal), Sugar free fudgesicles (40 cal).....these are a few of my go-tos. I also usually have some cucumbers and little tomatoes as a snack to get in veggies (but it's not because I love them!).
