Trying Again!

Hi all, My weight loss journey began...goodness, about 8 years ago? I was miserable, overweight and unhealthy. I began losing weight with Weight Watchers and then turned to MFP once I got myself within the healthy range. I lost a total of 40 lbs. I kept it off as well, something I was so very proud of. Then last July my home caught fire and I had to go an live with my parents for 9 months. The stress eating began and now a year later, although back at home, I have regained a total of 22 lbs so now I'm back and I suppose I feel like saying this out loud is going to help me commit to this journey all over again.
I sure don't remember it being this challenging the first time around though!

Well today went down the toilet and I'm still working so can't make the time I need to work out. Mondays are always this way with ridiculous deadlines so I have decided my day off will now be Monday. Tomorrow morning I sign up at my new gym and I sweat until I can't sweat anymore. I am tired of my clothes not fitting. Tomorrow is also the first day of no soda in the house!0
