Working out in the morning.

I need details.. What time do you wake up? What do you do and for how long? What time do you go to bed? If your a stay at home parent do you go when the kids are asleep or when your spouse is still at home??? Details, details details?

I want to start walking and eventually jogging/running but my husband is barely home. So my only free time is between 6-8am. I wake up at 7am and is exhausted with my regular daily task at the end of the day. Is there something you take to keep up the energy? Thank you!

what i have found that works best for me....although i HATE getting up early. I get up at 430a to make it to the gym before 5a, i leave the gym at 6a, i have to be out of my house by 7a for work. I have 4 high school kids so between all of thier games monday is the only night i dont have a game to attend, normally on game nights we are home by 8p-9p, with the exception of friday nights i dont make it home until 11p. I try to be in bed no later than 11p sun-thurs. Saturday and Sunday i go to the gym for 1-2hrs after my husband leaves for work and before the kids wake up. I started the 30DS October 1st so i have been throwing that in the mix as soon as i get home from thier games. Although this sounds exhausting, i can tell a huge difference in my engery when i dont go to the gym so that keeps me very motivated.

I go to bed in my workout clothes. I have my shoes and socks waiting for me by the bed. I have my water waiting for me in the kitchen. I chug 16 oz of ice cold water, and I drink a pre workout formula. It gives me a ton of energy and motivation. Loud music helps to!
