At one point I was 200 lbs (my heaviest - first pic). I got down to 182 (second photo). The third photo is at 170. I joined MFP in June of 2012 at 161 and am 144 now (last two). My goal weight is 125.

Yeah, posting the pics was a challenge, lol. There is a sticky on how to do it through Photo Bucket though and that helped. Then you just need to change the IMG to img when you copy and paste.0 -

I'm only taking in 1200 calories a day. Some days I go over but try not to beat myself up about that. I'm only 5'2" though and I wanted to lose 1-2 lbs a week so my caloric intake had to be low. I got used to it really pretty quickly and I don't even have to live on lettuce and carrot sticks.
Also, I always eat my exercise calories back.0 -
