I cannot believe it!!!!

Well I started weight watchers Saturday, so almost a week ago. I was 242 and I weighed myself last night and I am now 235. I thought I would never be able to find anything to help me.. I have normally been losing 2-3 pounds a month. If any one recommends it, do it!! It's so worth it, I have never felt happier!! Omg lol

  • WW is how I lost my weight. I did it strictly online, then did not renew my subscription. That is when I found MFP. Even though I'm not tracking points, I'm tracking what I eat and my exercise. When I don't track, I start to gain.
