I take vitamins and other supplements and believe it is worth the money. I take multivitamin, B complex, D, C, E, calcium, magnesium, glucosamine, kelp, resveritrol. My current doctor recommended the last 5 for (respectively) bone loss, arthritis, low thyroid, and low HDL and agreed with the vitamins. The doctor I had several years ago said it was all a waste of money. In the end we all have to make up our own mind.

    Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey

    Creatine

Bee Pollen Granules (it is a whole food, but may be considered a supplement)

    Multivitamin/mineral

    B-Complex

Cinnamon (I use this for glycogen stores)

I do think they are all worth it or I wouldn't buy them.
