I bought a sports bra today, and before I bought L size and was quite fitted on my body... and now L is quite loose... I can buy M next time.
I don't mind my boobs shrinking a little... and I love to see my torso becoming little.0 -
My glasses wont stay on my face. They keep falling off when I look down. My face is shrinking!0
-
My NSV yesterday was that I was able to do the whole 55 minutes of Jillian Micheal's BFBM and I did ALL them jumping jacks, which I hate..with a passion. I'd rather do 50 buttkicks to 10 jumping jacks anyday.0

lol..same here0 -
I had to throw away lots of old clothes as they were far too big on me. I tried on literally every piece of clothing I wear to see how it fit and then threw half of it. At this rate when I reach goal I won't have any clothes!!! The good part to that is that I'll look good naked because I've been lifting heavy and maintaining lean mass as much as possible0

I bought a jean skirt size 8 a few months ago and it was a bit tight. Don't ask why I didn't buy it a size up then, haha. But anyways I wore it today and it's a bit LOOSE :bigsmile:0

The most I ever did my front squat reps with was 45lbs. Today my trainer pushed me to try 65lbs and I did it With a little assistance on the last 2 reps of course. I was scared I'd fall backwards but once I did 2 or 3 first reps I felt reassured!0

Sounds weird but the bathroom stall at Olive Garden didn't seem so small!!!!0
-
Mine was a pulling out a shirt that used to be too small on me and today it fit perfectly.. bad thing is it still made me look big (bad print).. put back in the closet..0
-
My NSV today was being able to shop at a non-plus size store only to find the most amazing looking jeans that hugged my bootay just like they were made for me!!0
-
I accidentally exercised on my rest day today because i am feeling so motivated0
-
My DH told me a couple days ago that I would rock a two piece swimsuit. Also, I tried my wedding dress on and it's too big!! Sad, but pretty cool at the same time.
I know that's not today, but it's still got me walking on air.
5 more lbs, and I've at my goal weight, and the lowest I've been in nearly 7ish years.0 -
NSV for this week: noticing that my belly doesn't bump the steering wheel any more. I can fit my hand in between them.0
-
Tracking everything I ate today...AND getting in some exercise...been slacking on the exercise part since Wed.0
-
Brushing my hair today just after I got out of the shower, I noticed that I could finally see the last set of abdominals to make it a six-pack. I have been working hard and eating right for over 6 months now, with that being my goal.0

I went roller skating tonight at an adult skate by myself and skated hard for 45 minutes. It was a victory as I usually go with a friend or my young daughter, but I really wanted the workout so I went. I will sleep good tonight.0
-
I finally fit into my smaller jeans! Before, I couldnt even get them over my booty. But today, they fit. They were a little tight but still fit0
-
Rollerskated for 2 hours and didn't fall! I'm taking care of the grandkids this week and can't get hurt.0

I'm doing c25k and today I conquered w6d3 dun dun dunnn the dreaded 25 minute run! And I did extra credit too. I warmed up with a 4 minute walk, 25 min jog, 3 min walk, 12 minute jog, 3 min walk, 13 min jog. Total = 1 hr (50 jogging, 10 walking) 3.5 miles. This is my longest run to date and I'm so proud of myself!
Last Sat I did my 1st 5k and I walked only about 25%. It was a practice 5k for May 2013 when I want to run the whole thing! I'm so close!0 -
On Friday a co-worker told me I'm "looking good lately". It's the first time someone who doesn't know I'm working hard on MFP has noticed/commented on my weight loss!0
-
My NSV of the day is trying on size Medium shirts at Old Navy and they fit me. For the first time in my life. I went from a snug XL at Old Navy to a Medium and I never ever thought I could do that!0
-
It's not as great as others, but today I pushed myself to go for a 3km walk after my 12 hour nightshift0
-
it was last week, but my supervisor said that my clothes were too big....so the next day, I tried on a shirt that was 1 size smaller and t fit perfect...(my employer supplies the shirts with company logo and employee name on it for free if we agree to wear them everyday to work...) I used to be a 2XX and this shirt was an XL, now I need to go shopping for new pants, because they are almost falling off me, LOL I can, pull them down without unbuttoning them...I haven't thrown them out yet couse I like to show the difference by pulling out the waistband...LOL...but I know it;s time...0
-
actually, I have another NSV...
.I am allergic to EVERYTHING it seems, even cleaning products...anyway today, my 31 year old son and his new GF started helping me out cleaning my house...my son has been staying with me for the last 2 years rent free, and really has NOT DONE MUCH to help out...because I usually eat out, or use paper plates etc, I do not do dishes...I feel that if you make the mess it is up to you to clean it up...LOL
I am single, the one working, paying the bills, and also a homeowner...so I have enough to do...and also having to deal with health issues, at the same time...luckily I have good insurance otherwise I would be bankrupt by now...0 -
I wasn't going to share this as its a bit daft, but I was sitting in the bath the other day and I thought - why do my legs look longer all of a sudden? Then I realised, they weren't longer, I could just see more of them LOL it was a bit of a win for me
I promise I do use my brain sometimes0
