i woke up an hour early today..

I took my dog out for a walk/jog this morning. I had major success with MFP and 30DS last year, and have let it slip for months. Today I decided I am going full force, no more excuses or quitting halfway through.

I'm getting married in 5 weeks, and I should have been getting fit all along, but now it's crunch time (literally! lol)

Day 1 - success! Waking up an hour early any day, let alone on a Monday after a busy weekend, is not my favorite thing to do, but I did it and it felt GOOD!

Please feel free to friend me, and if you notice that I'm slacking please smack me

I love that you spent that time with your dog!
  • it's good bonding time, and gives me someone to talk to! plus he's a 5 month old husky so he never lets me slow down too much!

Way to go hun. Make sure you keep up the good work. I had a similar break through today. I was going to originally going to allow my excuses to get the best of me until I reminded my self the reason I am the way I am now. After an intense workout this morning I felt great about myself for once, instead of being in a slump. My mom and I recently started working out at a local womans gym. Today was a real test for myself. We got this together hon.

Good for you! Don't forget not to stop during and after the honeymoon. I'm thinking I need a dog.
