For everyone that was asking, here's the recipe:

1 Packet Pudding (Sugar Free Cheesecake)
    1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup Silk Pure Almond Unsweetened
Pumpkin Spice and Sweetener to Taste

    If you don't want pumpkin:
    1 Packet Pudding
1 Cup Silk Pure Almond Unsweetened
(You may want to adjust the milk for consistency, it doesn't completely froth up like regular milk so just go with how you like it. When you make it with the pumpkin, that adds the thickness so it's not as big a deal)

Not at all, just mix it with a whisk for a bit and you're good to go!! Seriously so worth it! The way I make the pumpkin one is about 120 or so calories for half the batch.

You can also crunch up some graham crackers and sprinkle them on top for your "crust", I've even made them in little mini graham cracker pie tins for my family. I'm pretty sure I ate about 4 of them they were so delicious. That was a cheat weekend that I wasn't so proud of. lol
