UK newbie

Hi all,

I'm a 20 year old student, going into my third year. Made the student-y mistake of eating and drinking too much my first two years so taking this year to look after myself, get fit, and ideally go down a few dress sizes!

So far my plan is eating a sensible diet (fewer takeaways), I'm spending an hour or so at the gym every day, and just generally being a bit more active. The current hope is to go from a UK14 to a UK8-10 :)

    We're similar sizes with the same goal! I started as a UK18 and am now between a 12 and 14 (depending on brand etc) and want to wind up as an 8. :-)

    I put weight on at uni too..I'm now back at the weight I was before uni but still want to lose a lot more :P But good luck with your weight loss and feel free to add me if you like :) x
