Hi there
I have joined this week, to loose some extra pounds
Had a baby in June and lost weight while pregnant so was doing ok, then the summer came and I over ate with the excuse I was breastfeeding. So the pounds have piled on and I feel like a frump. Have a family wedding to attend in December and want to look like a yummy mummy!
So here I go with a calorie allowance if 1800 to allow for feeding.
