I've seen a couple people post about doing it. What is it? Does it work? Is it a set or online?

The "30 Day Shred" is a program which uses an interval system. The DVD features three, 20-minute workouts. With a warm-up and cool-down, the entire workout takes about 25 to 30 minutes. Each workout emphasizes three minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardiovascular training and one minute of abdominal exercise. You're suppose to do each level for 10 days for a total 30 days hence the title of the workout. You can find the workout online too.
