    Yes, it is awesome that I have her by my side. I have insanity, but it may take a while to convince my wife to do it.

    What a change! You look fabulous! Keep hitting play for sure. You look younger and happier. Your wife looks like a whole new woman, indeed! I know you must be feeling great too. She can do the next phase. Just remind her you are in it together, no matter what!

    Tell her to try it! :) I just finished my first round of insanity and really loved it. You don't have to be super man to do it. Shaun T is great and is very awesome about breaks between circuits and reminding you to go at your own pace etc.
