Tweeking my diet regimen just a little bit more. Need some feedback.. Overall rate it as:
:drinker: = Good
:flowerforyou: = Not bad
:noway: =Continue tweeking!!!
I had been working with a health/fitness trainer for 6 weeks. It was expensive but really wanted to see if a trainer could get different results for me. Scale has not budged but lost 15 inches overall, I'll have to be happy with that.
